CNY Brewfest 2015

Here Ye, Here Ye -- The 19th annual Central New York Brewfest is set for Saturday, January 31, 2015. Due to low attendance our last few outings, this year I am only reserving a 47 passenger bus (don't delay getting on my list).

To register, sign up via our online form (I am sorry for any inconvenience, but please register each person individually. You will likely need to refresh your browser and return to this page.)

Our meeting place in Lansing will be Crossroads Bar & Grille (3120 N. Triphammer Road), where the bar will be open for business (opening at 10:00 a.m.), and we'll plan to leave around 11:10 a.m.

Those interested in either of our alternate pick-ups should park at the following locations: Dryden - at the Dryden Fire Station (the bus will leave at 11:30 a.m.) and Cortland - behind Doug's Fish Fry in the Cortlandville Plaza (the bus will leave at 11:50 a.m.).

For those of you who don't know the drill, we will travel in style (beverages, munchies, entertainment, and a bathroom equipped bus) and arrive at the NYS Fairgrounds to imbibe and enjoy from 1-4 p.m. After that, we will head to Spaghetti Warehouse for dinner (crisp fresh garden salad freshly baked sourdough bread, soft drink/water/iced tea and your choice of entree: 15-Layer Lasagne, Fettuccini Alfredo, Four-Cheese Manicotti or Chicken Parmigiana). After dinner, we will load the bus for the trip home (arriving approximately 9 p.m.).

Bring your own beverages and munchies (for yourself or to share), but please remember -- NO GLASS! Garbage bags will be provided for trash and recyclables. NOTE: I do not include the $300 cleaning deposit in your price for the trip. If you create a mess, you are expected to clean it and/or pay for it.

The price of the trip is $73/person and includes bus transportation and tip for the bus driver, brewfest admission, and dinner (includes tax and gratuity). Once payment is received, your seat is guaranteed. In order to cover all trip costs, I cannot provide refunds. If you are unable to participate in the trip, please let me know and I will offer your seat(s) to those on our waiting list. In the event that I don't have a waiting list, you are welcome to sell your seat to somebody else (but please let me know who to expect the day of the trip).

Remember...trip is first-paid, first-served.

Feel free to contact Erin Emerson (351-1515) for payment information or questions. I accept cash, check or PayPal. Cash or check payments can be mailed to 1145 Warren Road, Ithaca NY 14850. If you are paying by check, please make checks out to Erin Emerson. If paying via PayPal, please send payment to cnybrewfest@gmail.com by using the 'Personal' tab. Thanks.
